Pacific Connector Not Approved in 2015

Although many expected the Pacific Connector Pipeline to receive FERC approval in December 2015, the sought after approval was not granted. To be clear, the project was not denied its certificate of public convenience and necessity. At the very least, the project will have to wait.

At this point, it is not entirely clear when any final decision will be made. The delay is likely due to unresolved environmental issues with the project.

Sever Storey is following the process closely, and we will share any updates that become available. If you will be affected by the Pacific Connector pipe line and would like to speak to an attorney, please call us at 888-318-3761.
